Ketch  Rewards Cards Terms and Conditions

·    The Ketch Rewards Card will take effect on day of issuance. Prior purchases do not apply.

·    The cardholder must be 21 years of age and only one card can be issued per person.

·    Rewards will be earned on each purchase made at a rate of 7% before tax and tip.

    Rewards will be available to redeem on your next visit or allowed to accumulate..

·     Rewards apply to dine in and carryout purchases. Double points will be rewarded for Lunch

     purchases Monday Through Friday until 2:00 PM. Some discounted items and happy hour 

    alcoholic beverages do not earn rewards

·    The Rewards Card must be present at the time of payment to record total spent. Cards must

    be activated or registered to redeem any rewards. The email address or cell phone number

    supplied upon activation will allow us to search for your card number from the terminal.

·    Only the individual in whose name a Ketch Rewards Card is registered will be entitled to

    receive points. Your points are non-transferable.

·    Rewards can be earned on credit card or cash payments only (i.e. points are not issued for

    transactions paid with gift cards or coupons.)

·    Gift Cards may not be purchased with your Rewards dollars.

·    Your card can be activated two ways. Calling 877-509-7070 during regular business hours,

    or by going online to www.tlsrewards.com. An email will be sent for verification welcoming

    you to the Ketch Rewards Program.

·    Your email address is kept confidential. We do not sell email lists.

·    Once your card is activated, redeeming your Rewards is simple, notify your server at the time

    of payment that you would like to apply your Rewards balance to your check.

·    Dining credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

·    The customer receipt will show your rewards balance.  After each use, an e-mail will be sent to the

    email address you provided with your Reward balance. You may also view your balance at

    www.tlsrewards.com by entering your Rewards Card number and password that was set up at registration.

·    If lost, a replacement card can be issued by visiting the restaurant and getting a new card.

    As long as the lost card was registered, we can transfer the balance from the lost card to the new one.

·    If your membership card has been stolen (or your membership number is known to others) call us

    immediately at (859) 277-5919. We are unable to guarantee a transfer if your Rewards balance has

    been used prior to the card being reported stolen.

·    Ketch employees are not eligible to participate.
